Nonetheless, some 49.26 percent of respondents said they were happy with their company\u2019s paid family leave policy, while 29.43 percent said they were unsatisfied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Another 21.31 percent weren\u2019t sure if they were happy with their company\u2019s policy, suggesting there are a lot of tech pros who simply haven\u2019t evaluated what\u2019s on offer; maybe they don\u2019t have a family, or their partner handles the childrearing aspects of their mutual lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Here\u2019s the company-by-company breakdown.
