Though your outreach message may not have made an emotional connection, your social profiles and the content you share can.  Start with uploading a dynamic high-res, current image of yourself (just yourself). And  don&#8217;t play hard-to-get. Make it easy for candidates to find your email, phone and links to all your  social profiles.
